Introduction
This Terms of Service is an agreement between Customer and Access2Emails ("Agreement") and applies to Customer's order(s) with Access2Emails. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY and retain it for future reference. Please note that the information contained here in is subject to change without notice. Customers who are actively using our services agree to periodically consult this website for updates, changes or amendments to this Agreement. Access2Emails may, but is under no obligation to, provide notices of any amendment, modification or update of this Agreement via e-mail to active Customers.
General Provisions
When you agree to use the services provided by Access2Emails, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Definitions
- "We" "Us" or "Access2Emails" refers www.access2emails.com
- "You" "Your" "Client" or "Customer" refers to each person or entity who applies for internet service or is a designate of any one who applies for internet service with Access2Emails.
- "Target" refers to the individual whose password you are requesting.
Services Provided by Access2Emails
We don`t have any partnership or alliance with Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail or AOL.
Access2Emails will provide the e-mail password of the Target to its customers for the purpose of allowing customers to gain access to the Target`s email account. The Service is intended to permit Access2Emails customers to verify the integrity of their interpersonal relationships and to insure the safety and wellbeing of their family.
Our service consists of the recovery of passwords using our proprietary software and methodology. We will not be responsible for any consequential or inconsequential damage or problems that may occur. Access2Emails will make no effort to edit, control, monitor or restrict the content of data other than as necessary to provide said Services. Customers of the Access2Emails are expected to use this information in a manner which meets the legal requirements of their locale. If the terms of this agreement are broken, Access2Emails may immediately terminate Customer's service(s) without notice. Access2Emails will be the sole and final arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
It is our goal to provide services to enhance your safety and security of your family. We serve customers in many countries and it is impossible for us to know all of the laws and regulations that may apply. However, we caution you that some countries have legal restrictions prohibiting unauthorized access of someone else`s e-mail. Therefore Access2Emails requires that you as the customer take full legal and moral responsibility for the use of the information we provide, and in addition, accept full legal responsibility for all activities conducted by the Access2Emails.
When you contact Access2Emails to research and recover a password, you thereby certify to Access2Emails that you have a legal right to access that e-mail account, and further that the password will only be utilized in a manner which is in accordance with the laws of your country. We cannot guarantee 100% results. Our success rate is about 90% The success depends upon the type of accounts and type of passwords. We will not charge money if we cannot recover the password requested.
Payment Obligations, Renewals, and Cancellations
a. Payment Obligations: Once we provide proof to you that we have obtained the requested password, we require that full payment is received before we will supply the password to you.
You warrant and represent that the information you supply in the Order Form (and/or other information that Access2Emails may require) is accurate and truthful.
It takes a great deal of time to research and fulfill your request, and you have an obligation to compensate Access2Emails as your part of the contract. Once full payment has been received, we will e-mail the password to you and then immediately delete all personal information about you from our data base.
b. Cancellation: Once your order has been received, our team will go to work on your request immediately. If you wish to cancel the service(s) you have requested, there is a cancellation fee of $100.00 US imposed to help offset our costs.
c. Failure to provide Timely Service: Access2Emails will go to work on your request immediately.It may take maximum 3 days to fulfill the contract, depending on the usage habits of the Target and other factors beyond our immediate control.
Access2Emails is not responsible for any delays in internet communication with the customer that may occur, whether due to external network disruptions/error or negligence of Access2Emails. This includes but is not limited to the loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, equipment failure and any and all other service delays or interruptions.
Right to Refuse Service
Access2Emails may at its sole discretion refuse to provide the requested password recover service, and/or terminate your access to the Access2Emails Site. We also hereby advise that all access to our website may be monitored by Access2Emails. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client based solely on our discretion. Services that are terminated by Access2Emails for any reason, such as but not limited to obvious misuse of the information we provide, will not receive any refund.
Disclosure of Customer Information and Legal Process
Although Access2Emails maintains strict confidentiality on Customer's information, there are certain exceptions in which Access2Emails may disclose information in it`s possession, including but not limited to information about the our Customer's, including their address, email, fax number in order to comply with a court order, subpoena, discovery request, warrant, statute, regulation or other official governmental requests.
Access2Emails has no obligation to notify Customer about whom the information is sought or that Access2Emails has provided said information.
Customer acknowledges the above exceptions and agrees to them without reservation.
